I honestly wasn't sore if i should put this into photomanipulation department but i suppose this is matte painting.

I mostly used this tutorial [link]

A lot of textures used overpainting and whatnot but i suppose this still falls to the category of matte painting all tho there were in my opinion way less painting done. Lots of concrete textures and whatnot used. But I wanted to figure out what options there are for just painting all from the scratch but i do hope i can in the future maybe use textures in more abstract way but i do like the end result. matte painting in the end is way more easier than what i thought and also fun. I wanted to find a solution to the fact that I rarely enjoy making any backgrounds if i wanna focus on the guy the pic is about. but ..hmm...ye. i had to check from wikipedia the definition of matte painting...tell me your opinions!
